TECHNICAL HELP
If you are experiencing problems with the BidBenchSolo web site, below are a few suggestions that may assist you in resolving the problem. If your questions are not answered here, please send an e-mail to ku.oc.sniwyelpihs@oloshcnebdib detailing the problems you are encountering.
Adobe Reader/PDF Files

Within this web site, both the BidBenchSolo User Guide and the final displayed report are PDF files. When downloading a PDF file within your web browser, you may experience problems such as a blank window. To rectify these issues, you may need to upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Reader. Please click on the following link to obtain the latest version of the free Adobe Reader. If after downloading the reader you still cannot open a PDF file, you can visit the Adobe Reader support page.

Rather than upgrading your Adobe reader as mentioned above, you may save the User Guide to your local computer and open the PDF file directly in the reader. If you choose this option you will not be able to view the final report in your web browser but this report is also emailed to you. To save the Instructions User Guide PDF file to your local PC:
  1. Right click on the title link.
  2. Select "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) and save the file to your PC.
  3. Open Adobe Reader and open the file directly from the Reader.
